xMobility is excited to announce the appointment of Rob Mumby as our new UK CCO and as the CEO of xMobility International.

In these dual roles, Rob will spearhead global commercial operations, supplier management, and P&L oversight while driving the next phase of growth for xMobility's cutting-edge mobile services platform.

With over 30 years of international telecommunications expertise, Rob brings deep knowledge in mobile, messaging, and global telephone number services. His track record speaks for itself: consistent revenue growth, building and scaling high-performance teams, and forging game-changing partnerships across CSPs, enterprises, and OTTs.

Most recently, Rob was RVP of Global Sales at Sinch, where he led international CSP and enterprise initiatives across messaging, RCS, and SaaS solutions. He consistently exceeded revenue and margin targets while scaling strategic relationships with major players like Microsoft and Intelepeer.

Before Sinch, Rob served as Chief Sales Officer at Pareteum, transforming the business by growing revenue from $12M to $80M and managing a massive $500M global sales pipeline. At Twilio, he was Director of Connectivity, negotiating crucial carrier agreements that significantly boosted scalability and EBITDA. Rob also founded and scaled Smart City Solutions, a mobile SaaS platform that powered enterprise and IoT communications.

Throughout his career, Rob has been passionate about next-generation mobile services, omnichannel engagement, and the evolution of messaging—from traditional SMS through to RCS and beyond. At xMobility, he'll tap into this extensive experience to expand global partnerships, strengthen supplier relationships, and accelerate the company's position as a leader in mobile innovation.
